Your photographer will capture your long-term visual memories of your wedding day or event. The choice of the photographer is therefore essential in your big event as you will remember these moments for the rest of your live through these images.

You must be comfortable with your photographers vision and approach to photography. Do you want a very formal recording of the event, or do you want the memories of all the emotion and excitement, do you want both, how do you want the final images to be edited, does that align with your photographers style?

This is why we have this “service”. Come, and meet us and we will have a lovely conversation on diestoep over a glass of wine or two, on your vision for your wedding, and if we, can capture that for you. It is free and the wine is included. If you however keep on making appointments, you going to have to bring the wine.

(Please note that we will not receive people at our home without an appointment made through our booking system)

We love the anticipation, excitement, exuberance and the emotional interaction between family and friends at weddings.

Our standard pricing is structured simplistic, and we believe what we supply in the standard option is the minimum required to give you the experience and results we want to provide. It includes a portrait/engagement shoot, second photographer for the core activities and a 28-page photobook.

The only variable is how many hours after the initial 6, you want is to stay.

Pricing

Our basic rate is R 11 400 for the first 6 hours with a 50% deposit. Any hour thereafter will be charged at R 1 100/hr.

Included

• 2 Hour meet before the wedding including a 1-hour portrait/engagement shoot. We recommend this happen at least a month before the wedding. These hours do not form part of the wedding’s 6 hours but are included in the price for the standard wedding. We will provide you with 40 to 50 digital photos from the shoot through a Dropbox link.

• Wedding day photo plan. We will send you a detail photo planner to make sure we capture all the groups and special moments that you require.

• Second photographer for core activities . One photographer can unfortunately not capture photos at two places or from two angles at the same time.

• Travel within 100 km from Benoni.

• Shareable Adobe Spark Page with approximately 40 quickly edited photos within 72 hours. Please note these photos is not downloadable and it is just something to share quickly to family and friends via WhatsApp.

• Approximately 400 digital photos made available through a Dropbox link within 3 to 4 weeks. This link will be available for 12 months after the wedding. We will provide additional 50 to 80 photos for every extra hour booked.

• 28 Page Standard Photobook A4 size. The book has a personalised cover. (Will be delivered 6 to 8 weeks after wedding)

Exclude

• Travel more than 100 km from Benoni. Additional kilometres travelled will be charged at R 7-91 per km. All flight, car hire, etc. will be charged at actual cost plus 10%.

• Accommodation if required. If we are required to work later than 10PM within 100km radius or when we work further than a 100km radius and cannot reach Benoni by 11PM we will require accommodation. Accommodation including meals will be charged at cost plus 10%.

• Any printed photos. Printed photos are listed in our booking site as add-ons to the standard wedding.

• Upgraded photobooks. Additional cost will be charged at cost plus 10%.

Are you planning a quick and secret elopement or are you just having a small and intimate wedding. This option is for you.

The pricing is based on a single photographer and do not include any extras.

Let us capture your birthday, kitchen tea, baby shower or year-end function. Our events category is for larger groups of people typically more than 10. If you have a smaller group, we classify it as a portrait shoot. See below.

• If we do your engagement and you love it, and later decide to use us for your wedding, we will discount your Standard Wedding Package with the value of your first hour of the engagement shoot. (This is only valid for the Standard Wedding Package.)

We also do formal portraits, family, engagements, graduations and maternity shoots and headshots for companies. These shoots are for less than 10 people typically. We have a few options with these:

Standard Portrait Session

We have two options for standard Portrait sessions. One is at our home in Benoni or within 20 km from Benoni and the second is on location more than 20 km from Benoni. We have a small studio set-up, a few interesting features and a lovely garden at our home which can be utilised.

Corporate Headshot

We come to your office and do headshots or full body formal photos for your Website or social media platform.

Pricing

Standard Portrait Session - R 1 000/hr with 50% deposit. Within 20 km from Benoni.

Standard Portrait Session on Location more than 20 km from Benoni - R 1 500 for the first hour. Any hour thereafter will be charged at R 1 000/hr. A 50% deposit will be required.

Corporate Headshot - R 1 900 for the first hour. Any hour thereafter will be charged at R 1 100/hr. A 50% deposit will be required.

The variance is due to travel and different level of assistance required when doing on location and corporate headshots.

We sell high resolution digital copies for R 1000 or $ 50 (USD) per photo.
